25-year-old Iris Yazminhe Guerra from El Salvador became the winner of the Reinado Internacional del Café 2020 competition. The final of elections took place on Saturday, 11 January (Sunday of Polish time) at the Los Fundadores Theater in Manizales. 22 candidates took part in it. The title of main runner-up went to 24-year-old Laura Mojica Romero from Mexico. The top five also included Natalia Piguła from Poland (3rd place), Alessandra Sánchez from Venezuela (4th place) and Grisell Romero from Honduras (5th place).
This year’s edition of the Reinado Internacional del Café pageant took place on 4-11 January in the Colombian city of Manizales. Traditionally, the competition has been part of the national fair held annually since 1955. 22 participants from countries producing and exporting coffee from North and South America, Asia and Europe were attended in the International Queen of Coffee 2020 contest.
The final of the 49th Reinado Internacional del Café edition was held on Saturday, January 11 (Sunday, January 12 of Polish time) at the Los Fundadores Theater. Challengers to the crown presented themselves on stage in national costumes and evening gowns. Decision who is the winner of pageant was made by three-man jury, which included – Pilin León – Miss World 1981 from Venezuela, Sorangel Matos – Miss Panama 2007, participant in the Miss Universe 2007 and Miss Continente Americano 2007, as well as designer Ruben Correa.
The crown of the International Queen of Coffee 2020 was won by 25-year-old Iris Yazminhe Guerra from El Salvador. Iris is 178 cm tall and comes from Santa Ana. She works as a model and business administrator. She graduated in business administration.

Iris Guerra is the winner of the Reina de las Fiestas Patronales de Santa Ana 2016, Miss Santa Ana 2019 and Miss International El Salvador 2020 competitions. She participated in the Miss Costa Maya International 2017 competition. In this year she will represent her country in the jubilee 60th Miss International edition in Japan!

The title of the main runner-up (Virreina Internacional del Café) went to 24-year-old Laura Mojica Romero from Mexico. The beautiful Mexican woman measures 174 cm tall. She is a finance student, model and professional make-up artist. She also completed a bachelor’s degree in business management.

The 1st Runner-Up title (synonymous with 3rd place in this competition) was awarded to 25-year-old Natalia Piguła from Poland. She is a construction engineer, model and businesswoman.

The next places in the TOP 5 were taken by 20-year-old Alessandra Sánchez from Venezuela (4th place) and 21-year-old Grisell Romero from Honduras (5th place).

During the grouping were also awarded special prizes. The Queen of Police (Reina de la Policia) title was won by 23-year-old Britani Osbourne from Panama. Alessandra Sánchez from Venezuela was awarded the titles of Coffee Connoisseur (Conocedora de Café) and Best Smile (Mejor Sonrisa). The award for Best Hair (Mejor Cabello) went to 21-year-old Valentina Duarte from Colombia, and the Best Legs (Mejores Piernas) title went to 22-year-old Valentina Pérez from Bolivia.
It is worth knowing that Iris Yazminhe Guerra is the first El Salvador’s representative in history who win this beauty contest organised since 1957. The closest to the crown was Carmen Milena Mayorga, who won the title of main runner-up in 1995 (Virreina Internacional del Café 1995).
